We stayed at Guesthouse 21 for 2 weeks this June around CSD Pride festivals and parades, and had a great time. Your great location and prices really permitted us to relax and enjoy our trip. We met loads of interesting guys from all over, which helped us to find places we might otherwise have missed. An interesting example: We met a young Australian Jewish student who invited us to a Kosher restaurant in a new Chabad center in Berlin, when we went there the rabbi gave us the grand tour. We would never have thought of this had we not met Philip at the guesthouse. And in an interesting twist, the rabbi was the brother of a rabbi in our town in Illinois whom I had worked with then he wanted to relocate his local student center. No such connections would have occurred in a hotel. We are looking forward to our next trip to Berlin, and hope to stay at Guesthouse 21 whenever that may be.

I spent a wonderful 2 weeks at the Guesthouse in May. The guys (Daniel and Maik) made me feel at home and after living there for 2 weeks it was sad to leave. The facilities are great, the location is very convenient for all sorts of activities/fun and the guys are a wealth of knowledge on things to do and see. I miss the light hearted chats over breakfast about what we (the guests) did and didn't get up to the night before. I will stay here again when next in Berlin. I fully recommend the Guesthouse21 as the place to stay in Berlin.

Daniel and Maik, It was my pleasure staying at ur place while in Berlin! This was my first ever time in Berlin and you were FABULOUS! the house is great, the rooms are perfect! and u guys are the cherry on the top of the whole package! Maik thanks for all the info, thanks for the great Coffee and the yummy breakfasts! Daniel thanks for all the EXTRA attention! for the talks the laughs! Guesthouse 21 is my house in BERLIN. missing that place so much! hugs to u both, and Daniel please give a big hug to BARBO!

I had one of the most friendly stays in Berlin thanks to Daniel and Maik, the guest house is super clean, very welcoming and whenever i will come to Belrin i will always be staying at the Guest house. Thank you Daniel and Maik

I stayed with Maik and Daniel for a week in May, 2010. Great hosts, nice rooms and facilities, terrific location. They hosts and fellow guests all gathered over breakfast and shared stories and tourist tips, as well as highlights of daytime activities and nighttime fun!!!!!

Dear Daniel and Maik, Thank you for an awesome stay at your guesthouse. The guesthouse is conveniently located near U-bahn and buss stops to easily move around Berlin. Minutes walk from the guesthouse you find the famous Ku'dam shopping street. A couple of stop with the metro and you can end up at PotsDam Platz where the famous Berlin Wall is located and many other attractions in the area. The guesthouse rooms are nice, neat, spacious and clean with fresh towels readily available. Kitchen is well equipped. There are two bathrooms with with WG and showers. The house mates are friendly and always willing to help a fellow traveler get around Berlin. I throughly enjoyed my stay at the guesthouse and would recommend it to my friends and will be staying there again on my next trip to Berlin. All the best guys!

Thank-you for looking after the 3 of us so well. Great rooms, location & facilities. The choice of food for breakfast was excellent too. We felt very welcomed. Love Berlin & hope to visit again soon.

Very many thanks go to Daniel and Maik for their recent hospitality during our two week stay in their guesthouse. The room and facilities excellent and Daniel and Maik are extremely nice guys, warm, friendly and helpful. Conveniently located in a diverse neighborhood by day and night, we can highly recommend this place as a home-from-home for exploring a great city.

After spending a delightful few days in the company of these two excellent gentlemen, we were forced to prolong our stay after vulcanic ash shut down most of Europe´s airspace. As always the guys went out of their way to be helpful and supportive. This is a world-class establishment and I would recommend it without question.
